  • Will these lights work in Singapore (230V)? Yes! Most of our live streaming lights are dual-voltage (110V-240V) and work perfectly worldwide. However, they may come with a US-style plug, so you might need a simple travel adapter to fit Singaporean wall sockets. Please check the specific product page for details.
  • My light arrived broken/glass cracked, what do I do? We pack our lights securely, but accidents happen during international transit. Please do not return a broken item immediately. Simply take a photo of the damage and email it to support@qalix.shop. We will send a free replacement immediately.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to Singapore Dollars (SGD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • How long does shipping to Singapore take? Since we ship internationally from the USA, typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
