This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on qalix.shop and outlines our fulfillment and delivery practices.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). "Processing time" refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We ship orders from our warehouse in the United States directly to our customers in Singapore.
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
- Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to Singapore is 7 to 13 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.
3. Shipping Cost
We offer Free Shipping on all orders to Singapore. No handling or delivery fees apply.
4. Tax and Duties (International Shipping)
Please note that your order is being shipped internationally from the United States to Singapore.
- Import Duties & GST: Shipments sent to Singapore may be subject to import duties, taxes, and Goods and Services Tax (GST) levied by the Singaporean customs authorities once the shipment reaches your country.
- Customer Responsibility: These additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively to: Singapore. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email.
7. Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather disruptions, customs clearance delays in Singapore, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in the event of any unforeseen delays.
